Desde quinta-feira venho enfrentando problemas que esperei nunca enfrentar e com isso tomei muito refri e comi muito doce. Jequei total. Esses três dias foram difíceis, nervosos, ansiosos e complicados, sempre ao lado de um telefone esperando boas notícias. Elas vieram e meu R.A. deve continuar então. Pretendo sair para caminhar mais tarde, fazer os malditos 3 km que prometi para quarta.
Minha meta da semana é caminhar ao menos 3 dias na semana (3km, 3,5km, 4km) além de comer mais vegetais e transformar minha preocupação e ansiedade em foco e força :)
